Vidigueira Premium is a fresh and fruity white wine that displays aromas of ripe citrus fruits, tropical fruits and delicate floral notes. It presents notes of toasted dried fruits, white pepper and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Vidigueira Premium is a white wine produced with white grapes of Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Perrum planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Vidigueira Premium is a white wine with fresh, fruity and vibrant aromas. Displaying a refreshing profile, it displays ripe citrus and tropical fruit aromas. It has balsamic notes, medium body and delicate acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
